Policies

Postage is calculated at checkout from Houston, Texas to the address you enter. We ship to the United States and Canada. You choose USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. The amount charged is the post-office rate for that service, not a flat house fee.

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–5 business days. A label is printed from the studio desk, and tracking is emailed as soon as it exists. Recyclable mailers are used whenever possible.

Every listing includes flat-lay measurements and the condition of the piece. If the fit or the feeling is wrong, store credit is available within 7 days of delivery, minus a 15% restocking fee. If an item was misdescribed or an unlisted flaw was missed, write within 5 days for a full refund to the original payment method.

The mailing list stores the email address and phone number you choose to give. One of them is enough. Both are fine. We use them to tell you when new pieces are added to the shop. We do not sell the list.

An order keeps the email and shipping address Stripe collects so the piece can be packed and sent. That address is part of the order, not a separate advertisement list.

Joining the mailing list, or finishing checkout, sets a membership cookie in this browser. It lasts a year. It only remembers that you signed up. It is not used for advertising.

The cart is saved in this browser’s local storage, not in a cookie. It stays on this device until you remove the pieces or clear the site data.
